This client had been in
business for 15 years and had used consultants to
perform all desktop support, server support, and general
IT operations since its inception. The owner decided
that the function needed to be brought in-house to
control costs and increase responsiveness to the firm's,
and it's subsidiary's, needs. I came on as MIS Director
and created a MIS department from scratch. I did
everything from soup to nuts in this situation - running
backups to policy development and strategic planning. |
