firm's IT operations - strengths and weaknesses. The
client benefited from 1) uncovering shortcomings
that had to be addressed immediately to protect their
investment and 2) understanding the medium term upgrades
needed and the costs associated with them. |

(strength, weakness opportunity and threats)
assessment of the IT infrastructure

the CC Pace Technology Due Diligence Methodology and
general audit tactics - answer: what does policy say
should be happening, what do the procedures say is
happening, what do the staff indicate is happening
and what do the logs say is really happening.
